Vitreoretinal Surgery

At Northeast Eye Surgeons, the full spectrum of Vitreoretinal (back of the eye) conditions can be managed including:

• Retinal detachment 

• Macular hole

• Epiretinal membrane

• Vitreomacular traction

• Floaters or blood in vitreous (the gel in the 'back of the eye')

• Complex cataract surgery e.g. requiring surgical approach using the 'back of the eye'

• Secondary lens implants e.g. requiring fixation to the sclera.
